Our first contact with Clog Free Gutters of Ohio was general manager Tim Heckel. He knew exactly what we needed and didn't try to sell us more than that. When they couldn't make it because of bad weather, we were always informed. The finished job was better than we could have hoped for!!!! I have been recommending them to all my friends and family that need gutters repaired or replaced. We can't say enough good things about this team!!! I've used ServiceMagic to fnd professional help in the past and will continue to do so.

They were very easy to reach by telephone as compared to others. However, there was a litte misunderstanding as to how quickly they could actually do the job once I had chosen them. I had thought they said that if I went with them, the job would be done Wednesday and it wasn't done until Friday which resulted in some anxiety as I had others who would have done it immediately. But the job was done very well when finally done. The main reason I stayed with them over the others was the individual who came and quoted me also took the time to take down the gutter when he saw it was hanging on wires. That had been a big worry.

Product met expectations for looks and installation; I might rate this higher after a full season of use. Tim Heckel, local office manager, was pleasure to work with. Only problem was that with scores of gutters down due to sudden terperature changes with 30 - 40" of snow, it required patience to get into queue to get the job done. This was reasonable and understandable under cirmcustances. A few associates were surprised that the job got done so quickly. Best perspective is that i plan to do more sections of gutter with Tim and Clog Free Gutters this spring.

Really nice guys. Helpful. Clear. Explained things well. The price was the exact price quoted. Only thing they could work on is they were on the slow side to get the job done. Nothing major. I would use them again for sure!
