Ultimately, one can only hope that one has made a wise choice with such an investment, but... The niceties of life include courtesy, respect, reliability. Wouldn't want to leave out competence and professionalism. Not perfect myself, but found little here to overlook. Your not likely to find better.

Quality - I don't sense a real improvement in heat retention of the insulated rooms, but I noticed that the heat doesn't go on as frequently. It's hard to tell as the tempreature is getting warmer now. I'll be able to judge this better when we use the A/C and see how cool the rooms stay.... Customer Service - Easy to get a phone rep, wait for call backs on service Qs which makes sense as service people are out working. Call backs always between 5-7PM - tough for NYC commuters. Value for Money - I can't judge quality just yet, but I'll have a better sense of value once we can get a thermal imaging scan - in winter (only under 32 degs).

Greg, the salesman explained in full detail what they were going to do and answered all of my questions. We signed on the spot. When the time came to do the work I received a call to let me know the time they were comming. They arrived an hour earlier, which was fine with me. The workers were professional, and completely put me at ease and did everything the contract called for. They even found an area which I did not know about, which had a hole in it. They spread insulation in it eventhough it was not in the contract. Afterward, when they finished, the vacuumed up the entire mess and did a great job in putting the room back to normal.
