Project: Repair Cabinets

Owner/contact was very slow in responding and very poor in providing status. For awhile, I wasn't sure if they were even going to show up to do the project. Owner/contact asked on the few times that he was in contact what I wanted included in the project in addition to the original estimated work. None of the additions nor some of the original estimated work ever got passed on to the person who showed up to do the work. However, the person who came to do the work was exceptional and was able to improvise and accomplish all tasks at a very high level of quality. I am pleased with the end result but would not use JEM for any other projects.

JEM was an absolute pleasure to do business with, and moreover represented a solid value when it came to a "first rate" work ethic, combined with incredibly competitive charges for the work performed. A more professional and efficient home-improvement service provider would be hard to find, I promise you. This outfit represents the best of the best! These guys showed up on time (everytime), performed and completed the work on-time, and left our home spotless after the work was completed. The work was exemplary too boot. Guaranteed, we will be using JEM from this point forward for any and all our home improvement needs. Just awesome!

Unbelievable customer service! I'm in sales and marketing, and I have yet to encounter a company who goes to such lengths to ensure my satisfaction and keep me informed. This was a relatively small job, but John kept me abreast of every detail along the way. I never had to call him to follow-up; he was always a step or two ahead of me. Bravo - great job and totally satisfied with the outcome!
