Joe replaced the water tank for us and fixed a minor leak in a faucet. Overall, he has provided great customer service, he was reliable and very responsive. I definitely recommend Top Service Plumbing.

Joe is fantastic. Very quick service both in estimating and then completing the job. Very professional, did what was needed at the agreed price. Really enjoyable working with someone of Joe's character.

Joe and his coworker were great. Called immediately after we requested referral and Joe came by the next day to give a quote. We originally thought we would have to rip out the kitchen cabinets etc to gain access to the pipe in the wall, but once Joe came in he looked around and said we could access the pipes through the adjacent wall in the bedroom. We never even thought about that (duh moment for us) and neither did the other plumbers we had come to take a look at the job. We thought we would have to spend about $10,000 to do the job (replace pipes and then replace damage to cabinets and countertops), needless to say we were over the top excited that this didn't need to occur. Joe then drilled a hole in the wall so he could look in and see the damage and gave us a quote of $1,290.00, which other plumbers gave us estimates of a minimum of $2,500.00 just for the plumbing work without even seeing the damage. We agreed right away on the pricing due to Joe's professionalism and knowledge on his initial visit. He came to see us on a Thursday and said he could do the job on a Saturday. Again, wow, thought we'd have to take off a day from work but nope. Joe and his coworker arrived at about 9:00 am and I think they finished about 11:00 a.m. They cut out a piece of the drywall, just enough so could access pipes, took out a huge piece of cast iron pipe, replaced with PVC, checked for leaks etc and then replaced the piece of drywall (didn't make the full repair but we certainly didn't expect them to do that and hubby can do that job himself). They cleaned up and put my grandson's dry marker board back in place. Grandson loved them and wanted to give them a tip from his bank.
