Jonathan was on time, professional, effective. Charges were fair and reasonable. He diagnosed and fixed a sliding door problem. i have asked him for a quote on another repair job.

A totally professional experience...arrived on time...thoughtfully diagnosed the problem...approached the fix in a methodical and calculated method....He problem solved and succeeded in repairing a 44 year old door system that I had never nor had he seen before. I would re-hire and recommend this professional in a minute. Truly a pleasure to work with him.

Prompt, courteous response to initial call. All shattered glass was removed at the time the non-standard thermopane panel was ordered. After installation, this professional returned to remove dried excess epoxy and clean window panel.

I found Jonathan to be VERY professional and personable. He installed my door and made sure we were happy with everything he touched. When he was here for the estimate I asked him to seal a couple of small areas and he did that with a smile and was happy to be helpful. I will call him again when I need his services.
