Builders, Inc., began building our business around the strengths of family, salaried skilled labor and proven sub-contractors. All our projects are personally supervised. JM Builders provides an unconditional labor warranty for one year, which is backed by our reputation for quality from the past 30 years. We have been a member in good standing of the Better Business Bureau since 1979. Mark was the representive for J. M. Builders. They were very professional and I am happy to say that we were completely satisfied. I would reccomend them to anyone needing remodeling or adding on. All of their sub-contractors were very good.

Project: Build an Addition
JM Builders built a game/media room addition to my home. Although it started out promising and they finished the majority of the project in about 3 months, they just cannot finish the project which is currently going into the 7th month with outstanding tasks that still needs completing. The final outcome of the project is very good, and I get lots of complements on the addition. However it required lots of my time to help supervise the project and I found myself constantly working with and directing the number of contractors because of little direct interaction/communication with a single point of contact i.e. project manager.

Project: Remodel or Renovate One or More Rooms
Do NOT hire this company as you will regret it. We hired JM Builders in February of 2009 to do a remodel on our home, and our project is still NOT complete. We have made numerous calls and nobody will return or finish the project and it is over two years later. Items that were part of our contract on the remodel and still are not complete and what is complete is of very poor quality. In addition, the plumbing work was not done correctly causing a major leak in the bathroom and we still have split tiles and a hole in our cabinet from it. We also had a leak in the roof from a vent that was installed and the drywall still has a split in it.

J.M Builders along with J Martin are the only two who actually got back with me with the quotes for this project...I have not yet moved forward but I do plan on doing so within the next couple of months.

It was a pleasure working with J.M. Builders. They were very personal, and really listened to us. The work was completed in a really short amount of time, and at a very high quality. We will be recommending them to our friends in the future.
