Jeff was extremely polite and found the problem with my outlets very quickly. Problem was fixed within an hour and the cost of his services was very reasonable. Dispatch called ahead to update me with a narrower time of arrival window which was also very nice. Overal excellent service and I would definitely recommend.

Jeff Bailey arrived on time and was so pleasant, helpful and professional! He clearly knew what he was doing and was able to offer me ideas and pointers on some other projects I am considering for the future.
