Project: Remodel a Basement

Our basement was finished beautifully in a very reasonable and competitive price. The process went very smoothly overall. There were a few unexpected glitches, as with any home improvement project, but Joe was always open to listen and quick to fix or compromise. The thing my husband and I really appreciate about Joe is that he is so easy to reach by phone. He always answer our call in person, and in the case we couldn't reach him, he always return our call promptly. We would definitely use him again for our future projects, and would recommend him.

Joe began and ended when he said he would. The price was competitive. He was flexible when we asked for a couple changes and charged appropriately. He closely supervised his workers. If a problem occurred, he responded promptly and corrected it. The end result is a very attractive room. We would definitely recommend J Passero Home Services. Susan W

Basically the job was completed on time, despite 2 major snowstorms holding things up. No structural work, but we had 2 bathrooms gutted and retiled/refloored, lots of painting and some trim work. There was pretty much only one guy doing the whole job (Mark F., who was WONDERFUL! and had a GREAT ATTITUDE!) but my biggest issue was the paint job, which I'd grade about a B-/C+. I found Joe to be up-front guy who didn't nickel and dime me to death and who was responsive and knowledgeable..
