John was reliable. He offered a good value product. The carpet on the stairs was at the inside of the roll so there were "lines", perhaps they could be called, small roll lines that John assured me would come out. After a month, while they had improved, they had not disappeared. I was waiting to get back to you on his performance after I reported the problem. John was very conscientious, made an appointment to come the following week to check into it. He was able to take out most of the "lines" and said the rest should still smooth out over time. He then told me to contact him again if I was still not happy, making sure I was satisfie

John and his team could not have been nicer, more helpful and professional. They did an absolutely amazing job turning our basement into an awesome family room. From flooring to walls to a new set of stairs complete with built-ins they did it all and made it look great. you will NOT be disapointed!
