Mr. Hodges called to say that they were running behind, but were on their way. They arrived and gave me a price for restretching the Master Bedroom and walk-in closet. I thought the price was a little high, but afterr they finished I felt that I got my money's worth. They did an excellent job and cleaned up the work area. I will use them again when needed.

JRs was excellent and provide great Service. JRs was knowledgable and provided great customer service. They were quick, efficient and cleaned up any mess that was made. I would hire JRs again and recommend them to my freinds and family.

there were a few problems with the carpet installation that were not necessarily JR's fault. However, it made the situation uncomfortable. The day the carpet was to be laid it was discovered it was cut wrong so it could not be laid. I had to choose another carpet in order to have it laid the next day because they had taken carpet out of part of my home and flooring with nails was exposed. The carpet I chose was very close to the original carpet I wanted so that was not a problem. JR's workers changed from day to day. The one who did the carpet install was very good. My carpeting looks great.
