I am very glad that JT Murphy fixed the problem. A year ago I had hired someone else who was not able to successfully fix the issue. Next time I will plan to go to JT Murphy first.

Jason was very polite. He did not try to sell me anything besides what was needed to complete the job. I'm a female senior citizen and I know many contractors try to talk us into products we don't need . Not so in this case. Thank you to Jason and his helper.

Project: Waterproof a Basement or Foundation
I had a crawlspace that was flooded with water. I called him up and he came by the same day to take a look at it. He said he knew the cause of the problem and he would be back the next morning to take care of it....it was a SATURDAY morning. He came exactly at 9am as promised. It took longer than he anticipated and had to come back on monday with another helper. He quoted me $500 for the job but it ended up costing $900. I completely understand the extra as I saw him work the whole time. It was labor intensive and he and later he and his helper worked hard. In fact he was the hardest working contractor that I've ever hired.

Mr. Murphy and crew arrived on time and worked until the job was complete. They also did an excellent clean up job. The waterproofing seems to be working. They guaranteed their work for up to one year.
