Jack and his crew are very professional. We had brief conversations via phone and text, where he verified he could do the job. He was wrong on his time estimate, but did not let that deter him. He ensured my wife they would be out the next day, and they were. I can not say enough good things about Jack! I will use him again in the future.

The folks over at Jack Carnes were the only folks in town not charging us "storm" rates. Everyone else had raised their rates 50-100% of normal. They were fast and professional.

Very professional in setting up service promptly. They got here, planned each step of the job, and cut down large tree professionally and safely in between two houses. I had a friend who wanted the large pieces of lumber, but cleanup of small branches could have been a little better. Would definitely recommend to others.

Jack responding within 30 minutes of my request. I also received another call from another member of his staff within the hour. It was a little confusing to receive 2 calls from the same company, however it was better to receive 2 calls than none at all. I worked directly with a gentlemen name Dennis whom was very personable and polite. Overall Jack's team completed my request within 4 days, and under the circumstances 4days was really fast..

We actually had some concrete removed. It was a small job but Jack called me right back, came out quickly, emailed me my estimate and showed up at the appointed time and got the job done. He was friendly, responsive, professional and did not overcharge even though it was a small job. I am really impressed!

Jack and his crew were very professional. The patio Jack & Crew designed in my backyard is amazing. I've never seen anyone work so fast and the product turned out excellent. I would definitely use Jack Carnes for future work at our home. If youre looking for quality "Jack's"!!!! The man!!!!
