J&J called me promptly and made an appointment for the same afternoon to bid the work. He arrived on time, provided the bid cost that I agreed to, and then the work (shrub trimming and pressure washing the driveway) was scheduled for early the following week. The workers arrived as scheduled and completed the work in a most satisfactory fashion at a very reasonable price. The entire process went smoothly, and I would not hesitate to call them again.
