Jay completed a very small job for us, but he was very easy to deal with, did a good job, and gave us a very fair price (others had quoted much higher and tried to take advantage, but he quoted the true value of the project). I would definitely consider working with him on a larger project should the need arise.

Jay was the most professional of all the quotes, giving me PDFs of all the options I asked for so that I could make my decision based on technical specifications as well as cost. He put it in with a minimum of fuss and took away the old one. It's working fine.

Prompt, cleaned up after work done, provides estimate in advance and that is the price for the job quoted. Good work and immediately addressed an initial issue. Jay is my plumber and I will recommend him to others. Steve A.

My wife found that the shower would not turn off and when she could not reah me found Mr. Johnson. He turned off the well pump and told my wife that the core needed replacing - that it was the original core with the house and old. He charged her $180.00 to "fix" the problem. As it turns out I had replaced the core 8 months ago and that the problem was actually a broken plactic handle which he did not have. I had to go get the handle myself and replace it for a cost of $9.00, which is what was actually wrong. The man is dishonest and takes advantage of those not knowing any better. Beware.
