We received a full quote including the price and description of exactly what would be done in the first email we received (less than 24 hours after requesting the quote). After getting another estimate we went with Jeffrey Land Survey because it was an all-inclusive price instead of a base price with add-ons for additional services. We were able to set up the survey for 3 days later. He arrived on time, was very friendly, walked the perimeter with us when he was done and sent us the paper sketch right away. We would definitely recommend Jeffrey Land Survey to anyone looking for survey work.

I would absolutely recommend Gregg Jeffrey to friends and family. He was very professional and did a wonderful job. He helped to smooth over a discrepancy in our property line with our neighbor and was very considerate in taking the extra time needed to explain the survey to all of us. Overall we were very pleased with his work and could not have asked for a better outcome.

We found Greg to be a top notch professional. He was very responsive to our inquiry for someone to survey our property. He was very accommodating with the timing of the work to be done. His price quote was exactly the same at the end of the project, no surprises at the last minute and his price was the most reasonable and significantly less than the other three companies I inquired with. Anyone looking to have a property survey done should not have any doubts about the hiring of Jeffrey Land Survey, we'd highly recommend him.
