We really enjoyed Jerry and his professional attitude during our home inspection. Being first-time home buyers is quite a stressful thing to go through, and Jerry made sure the home inspection was as stress-free as possible. He also performed a 48 hr radon test in addition to our inspection and we can rest assured that the home we are buying is safe. Thanks, Jerry!

Jerry is very through and details oriented. He also brings in right tools for inspection. Even for a $2000 sq ft he spend about 2 hrs going thru every details of home inspection. To add to this, he provides value in terms of 90 day warranty and does a recall check on all appliances which no other inspector does. His charges are very reasonable in comparison to others. We have to do inspection in front of owner. The owner himself was so impressed that he offered him similar work on the spot.

Jerry was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He explained the normal operation of the equipment as he inspected and answered questions. Overall it was a very pleasant and informative experience.
