was not able to complete project because of missing parts, however, contractor failed to fix the faucet back to its original state so that it could be used. Charge for service was not compatible with service provided. Very impersonal, not very friendly, Project was completed by someone else to satisfaction..

Project: Install or Replace a Shower

finish work was done horribly that another contractor had to come in to finish job. work took over a month to install and complete shower. was not happy with company.

Response by Jerry's Plumbing and Heating Co.: This was a misunderstanding between the customer and our company. We as a plumbing company agreed to replace the customers shower with one that they chose. The shower that they chose was 2 inches narrower than the existing. As a result, there was a space between where the shower ended and the linolium flooring ended. The customer then blame the gap on us and would not pay us until we hired a carpenter to remedy the gap. the reason that the job took so long is because we could only get in to the house when they could be off work. 3 trips on their days off. Never got a call from this customer stating that they were unsatisfied. Jerry deason

Peerless professionalism and service. Well worth the little extra money over some of the competitor's I've used in the past. They were very responsive to my schedule requirements. At the end, even after they had to get some additional parts and rework something I may have broken after he installed it, the bill was what they'd quoted me up front! Have had to argue with other contractors in the past. Will recommend to anyone who asks and they'll definitely get my future business.

The people at Jerry's plumbing came out at a time that was convenient for me. They solved a confusing problem immediately and fixed the problem for a very reasonable price. Their customer service was outstanding.

Called me almost immediately, and had someone out that night. 10:00 pm that night. Rep was thorough and very polite. He evaluated situation, gave me a temporary fix and directed me to the next step. Would call them again if I have any issues!
