He was very kind and explained things to me. I honestly did not get other quotes so I don't know if I paid too much. However, he was quick and we are happy with the results. I would call on him again if we needed something done.

Although my repair is not yet done my experience with Jim was very positive. I have a leak that shows up only in aboven freezing tempratures and when it rains. He was able to examine the leak area and set a game plan when the leak springs again. I will update this review when the repair is actually completed.
