Nice job on staining, would have liked some of the larger cracks filled, and I would have preferred a little another coat of finish on top. There are some spots that are not as shiny as other places. But, compared to what the floor looked like, I would say its a 90% improvement. Time frame was great, they worked with us because we had other workers doing exterior doors.

What remarkable work and professionalism. My laundry room received considerable damage from a ruptured water heater. Zane Carpentry came in replaced the flooring; better than the manufacturer of the mobile home I must say. Love the tile! Thank you guys. Will highly recommend Jim Zane Carpentry to others and will contact you about other future flooring projects. Garry B.

We are very satisfied with the work. Everything that was done was of the highest quality. They sealed off all of the rooms they worked on, they cleaned up all of the debris, removed all of the debris. The floors look better than when we bought the house 42 years ago. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Project: Install or Completely Replace Wood Flooring
The project required replacing approximately 1200 square feet of carpeting and vinyl flooring with engineered oak flooring on the 1st floor, ceramic tile on 1 of the upstairs baths and refinishing the stairway to the 2nd floor.. We had 4 other estimates. Jim's price was in the middle, and we were was most impressed with Jim's flooring and construction knowledge. He explained how each step of the project would be completed with the least inconvenience to us. The project took approximately 2 weeks and they were on time every day. The floor work was precise and looks like the floor was installed when the home was built. Beautiful work.
