Rob did what was necessary to get the job done even if it meant a trip to the harware store and coming back on another day. No extra charge. We appreciated his work

He showed up on time for the bid portion of the job. We than had to postpone the original for work due to weather but he was the one to call us we didin't have to call him to ask why he didn't show up as scheduled. He showed up at the re-scheduled time and date and did the work very nicely. After we had left we noticed that one of the screens had several BIG wrinkles in it. We called him to re-do and there was no problem. He showed up today and fixed it. Now we can open the windows and keep the bugs out. We also talked to him about possibly doing some other work in the future. So overall we were very pleased with his work, prices,too.
