Unbelievably poor service from this contractor. Joe, came out immediately and gave me a quote of $2800 to power wash my deck, repaint my deck and then stain it. After a month after contracting with him, he shows up sporadically and doesn't follow through on commitments. The work is not 25% completed after a month. Didn't show or call at all this week. I have had to contract with someone else to complete the job. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and follow through. I have been surprised by the positive reviews and cannot figure why my experience has been so abysmal with this contractor.

Joe set up the appointment at my convenience on Satyrday at 11AM. Joe called the day before to verify we still good for the next day. Joe arrived on time. Joe and Mike were very polite and friendly. The work they performed was excellent. We will definitely contact Joe again and we would highly recommend Joe for future projects.

Joe was on time, extremely professional, friendly and honest. He thoroughly inspected the chimney at our beach house and recognized that it was in fine shape, told me so and only charged for the visit (a very reasonable price). He even spent quite a bit of time explaining how to better maintain the fireplace and methods for having a safe yet enjoyable fire. I would definitely recommend Joe's services for any number of things, and we plan to use him for many more jobs.
