Jay (son of owner) is on-time, clean, efficient and knows his stuff - I plan to use him for another project which involves rerouting pipes in dishwasher and sink - to allow dishwasher to drain properly and reroute the sink drain and trap so I no longer will get a sewer smell - I've been dealing with both problems for a couple of years and no one could figure out the problem. He is definitely the best!

Called him on a Sunday (the previous evening the low temp was about 10 degrees below zero). He arrived that afternoon and found the location in the wall of the burst pipe and had it fixed all within a couple of hours. Reasonable rates and very friendly, courteous, and very concerned about not making or leaving a mess. Awesome.

they were on time, but went to the wrong condo. Before he took apart my faucet to find the source of the dripping noise, you would turn the faucet handle to the left for hot water and to the right for cold water. I did not notice until the next morning when I went to take a shower, that my hot water was now on the right and the cold is now on the left. I emailed them, but never heard back.

Project: Repair a Natural Gas, Propane or Electric Fired Boiler or Radiator Heating System
I called him on a Sunday night! He came over and spent at least 2 hours fixing the furnace. Very quick to diagnose the problem. Price was just great! Will call John from now on. Also called him the next day to ask him some advice on the way the furnace was working, He told me exactly what to do! Just a great experience!

I am very pleased with the work done. The price was reasonable. The day after I talked to John Mansolf the work was started and completed. I recommend the company if you need a plumber. I will go to them for any future plumbing problem.
