Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof

Jon replied shortly after the service magic request with a quality opinion and very competitively priced solution to some leaks we were having from the roof and subsequent water damage in the interior of our home. They took the time to explain what happened during a previous maintenance to roof and why we were now experiencing leaks. More importantly, They fixed issue properly while limiting the amount of money we put into this small project. I would certainly recommend John Novalis & Sons, LLC for future work. They went above and beyond to ensure the problems were correctly fixed infront of the impending hurricane (worked well into weekend)

This contractor came in as a professional should, evaluated my problem, and fixed my problem without overcharging me. He didn't try to sell me anything I did not need, he was very honest and told me what to expect and answered all of my questions. The job was done in a timely manner. Glad to see that someone is honest out there.

Excellent, they did excellent work. I just continue to use them for more projects. It has been three years now, off and on work. Very honest people, just great at all they do.
