Joyce Factory Direct, is northern Ohio's premier home improvement company. We are family owned and have over 55 years of experience in the window, sunroom and home remodeling industry. Our products are manufactured in Ohio at Joyce Manufacturing (our parent company). Our offices are located at the manufacturing facility headquarters (along with our beautiful showroom and 125,000 Sq Ft manufacturing plant). We provide factory direct pricing, quality workmanship, and the service of a family-owned company. Our services include windows, doors, sunrooms, screen rooms, patio roofs, decks, siding, gutters, gutter protection, kitchen cabinet re-facing and more! We provide free, no obligation design consultations for all of our products and services. Joyce Manufacturing, started in 1955, as an awning manufacturer. I have new carpeting and the workers were very careful to cover the carpet they would be walking on. Also, they cleaned up any mess from installing the windows and hauled away the old windows and any debris.

I was not made aware that because of the about of space for the window to be installed in, would change the way it was done, with part of the back of the frame sticking outside and that part needed a custom covering, which was not done to my likeing. It took another installer to come out and make it better. I was very concerned about the4 corners the had very sharp edges that would cause cuts in your hand if touched. The sealing had to be redone in spots and the window was letting in air where the top and bottom windows meet. That required replacement of the weather stripping. Also upset that the payments included a fee for activation.

Impressed by the product. Found the salesperson pushy. After signing an agreement with them, I feel I was neglected. I didn't hear from them for weeks as to when my windows would be installed. I am still currently waiting for them to call about installing my windows.

They started the job when they said they would. The time it took to complete the job was right for the job. The site was cleaned up and on trash left behind. They took care to cover the carpets and furniture when necessary. Very good job!
