They asked if they could come earlier in the day, but did so very politely. When I was unable to accomodate the request, they showed up late for my appointment since someone had moved earlier. Both the individuals were very polite, and professional. I did feel the cost was a little high for what we had for them to haul, but that said, it took them over an hour to load it, and I had no leads for anyone to do it. All said, it was a good experience. Maybe an idea of the price ahead of time would change my reaction to learning how much after they were already here. I would certainly recommend Junk King and will use them again if I have a need.

They were prompt, fast, friendly and responsive. Excellent price. There were no downsides. This is the second time Junk King has helped us and we are very happy with them!
