Very unprofessional, charged way too much for no more than he did. Didn't care about my home, kept dropping things on the ceramic tile floor and walked on my carpet with his shoes on - there wasn't any need for him to even go on the carpet. Drug his vacuum cleaner over my theshhold and pulled something off of it. Dripping sweat everywhere. He also was a half hour late and didn't bother to call.

Incredible service. Very conscientious. His rate was $50 less than the next quote, but he did such a fantastic job and was such a nice guy that I gave him the extra $50. He actually left my house cleaner than it was when he arrived! I will definitely use him again and highly recommend him.

Showed up on time. Gave thorough explanations of what he was doing as well as how/why it needs to be done. Even with a few extra parts, the price was less then the other quotes I received. Overall - Dryer is working now because my vent is clean! Would recommend to others.
