Talk about FAST! I had quite literally just hit "send" on the computer when, just FIFTEEN SECONDS LATER, the phone rang. And it was them! And this was a bit of an emergency. They replaced my sump pump on a Sunday afternoon, and did the job quickly and professionally. Highly recommended!

KC Metro was great to deal with. They provided my wife and I quality service and made recommendations on replacing our worn out shower faucet. One thing I really admired was the fact that over the phone they offered me advice before making the service call. I would defiantly recommend them.

I heard back immediately after I filed my needs on homeadvisor.com, and they were out early the next morning. Nice, and seemed to do a good job (I'm no plumber, but I can say the leak is gone and so are the corroded parts). They even disposed of a little bird we found on my front porch when I opened the door for them. That's service!

Our faucet installation posed an unusual situation of a weird sound being made when the hot water was turned on. They were very persistent in solving the problem. And there weren't any additional charges for the extra time to trouble shoot the problem. They were always pleasant and I will use them again.

LJ was quick to respond to my water heater service request, they came in the same day, gave me a reasonable quote on the spot. Figured out there was a faulty valve at my main line and offered to replace it and gave a discount for doing it at the same time with the water heater replacement. I did a search for prices online before they showed up and their quote was reasonable. They worked quick, very clean, very professional, answered all my questions. I was very satisfied overall and recommend KC Metro.

KC Metro Plumbing was great. Their quote was the most reasonable I received out of 4 other quotes and they came out within hours to install a new water heater. They were extremely professional and I would recommend them to anyone!
