Every paper, plastics, product packaging, replaced parts, and dead appliances are recycled, not thrown away in landfills. As an added step and because of the nature of the business, our technician drive many hours in a day, therefore KhAir technicians will show up at your house or business in an unconventional vehicle not usually used in the service industry, “a Hybrid Vehicle.” By using a Hybrid vehicle we use fewer resources and omit less pollution into our world.

I was skeptical about hiring from HomeAdvisor but I also didn't want to hire from a well known company because they always stick it to you like dealerships do. So I went with Michael from KhAir to fix my LG front loader washer after reading his good reviews. He was not only prompt he was very honest and told me right of the bat home much it would cost. He also gave me different options if I thought it was to much. I would definitely hire him again. Thanks again Michael!

Upon contact he was quick to come the day I called. need to order part, will call next day with update. Didn't, I had to call him and remind him of the fact he told me HE would call. Sharing the EXPENSIVE labor cost to replace a switch on washer, told him to come Wed (today) no call between 9-12 like he promised. I call to find he didn't remember telling me a time. Do you want to use someone who doesn't keep track of their appts or promises. stuck with this now, never again!!! I should have stayed with the first company I contacted through Home Advisor. Live and learn!

Michael from KhAir responded very quickly after I sent in my request. I made an appointment for the following day. Michael called me before showing up to my house and arrived on time. He diagnosed the problem with my washer and repaired it immediately. I also requested service on my gas dryer. He diagnosed the problem, left to purchase parts, and repaired the dryer shortly after returning with the parts. His bill clearly itemized parts and labor, and was slightly less than his estimate. He also repaired an electrical switch as a courtesy, since I already paid him! I will refer KhAir to others and will definitely hire them again.

Mike was courteous, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. He was delayed in getting to our appointment, but kept us informed of his likely arrival and we were very pleased that he kept his appointment long after regular business hours (7:30 pm) without charging extra.
