Project: Install Stone Slab Countertops

We hired K&J to install granite kitchen counters. The bright spot was the project manager, Juan, who was very kind and responsive throughout the process. However, several hiccups occurred the day of the project, including being told I had to buy a new faucet (we were told our old one would be OK). So, I left to buy a faucet AND tile grout, and their home office expected me to leave the plumber in the house alone. Then our ceramic tile was chipped, and the missing piece was later found in a cabinet after being told they didnt touch it. Finally, the installed plumbing leaked and he had to come back the next day to fix. Good luck!

Picking out the stone and scheduling my install went very smoothly. The day if the install, they did not show up on time and I did not receive a call. I had to follow up twice myself before they did show up about 4 hours late. The install went ok and s mistake was quickly rectified by the owner. You can't beat the price so for what I paid, I would recommend but I wouldn't expect a stellar experience.

KJ Natural Stone was GREAT! They were on time and professional. Answered all our questions and made sure we were satisfide with their work. They did our granite countertops, backsplash, and tiled our kitchen, sunroom, w/d room and foyer 1/2 bath. KJ Natural stone exceeded all of our expectations. I would hire them again and recommend them to friends and family without any reservations. I cannot say enough about how happy we are with the whole process and the finished product.

I enjoyed meeting Nanfr and his team. I needed help with selection and they were quick to respond. Most of all, there is real cameraderie with the employees and they work together well.
