I live in GRAND Rapids, MN I called Service Magic from the internet it only took a short and K&K called. I explained that my son's furnace had broken down in Princeton. Well to make a long story short, they took care of the problem and had found another problem with the propane coming into the house, to me could have serious problem. I would highly recommend them. Very nice people to talk and did the job while keeping us informed. (thank you service magic)

Project: Install a Central Air Conditioning System
We dealth with Kevin who was fantastic. He was really prompt coming to give us an estimate. He told us that we could repair the unit and how much that would cost, rather than just pushing us to get a new AC. When we decided to do the new AC he was able to schedule it promptly and came out and did a great job. We would highly recommend them and would use them again for any needs.
