Project: Service a Swimming Pool for Opening or Closing

Overall, I am happy with them since their all included price for opening a pool is very reasonable for what they did. I am new to my pool, my question did not get all answered since people other than owner only knows a little. I did call for maintenance request and questions, but nobody responded on time. One thing I was not happy is they left my hose on while they pumped the water on the cover for over a day or two until I asked to turn it off while I see water looks overflow but the cover water was still there. And my water bill was over $500 for that quarter.

Not sure how its my fault for her water bill being so high ? i never turned her water on. please don't judge me from this review . I really care about my customer satisfaction .

K & K Pool Service did an excellent job on our skimmers and new piping. we also had them drain and clean our pool. Kevin the owner did everything he said he was going to do and did it on time. His workers were also great. They know what they are doing. It is very hard to find an honest pool service company anymore. We are thankful we found K & K Pool Service. I highly recommend them.

Kevin was quick and responsive when I described what I was looking for with my pool and what I had gone through last year. He and Randy were at my house and had the pool cleaned out and running fast. They replaced the valves, installed a chlorinator and made recommendations to keep the pool running clean for the summer. Kevin was interested in saving me money and working within my budget. Will definitely use K &K again and recommend them to everyone. First class all the way. You won't be disappointed with their service.
