Kerry and his team were great. My garage matches my house and looks like it has always been there. I am very pleased and intend to use KLM Builders for future projects.

Kerry was able to provide the best plan and stay within budget of any contractor I could find. The final project came out better than anyone expected I believe. He was easy to work with and we finish on time and on budget.

KLM Builders contractor Kerry worked with me to create the patio enclosure that I wanted. We are very happy with the final product. Each person at each of the stages of our project were very professional in their behavior and workmanship.

Competitive prices, helpful working with the homeowner when plans change, has a good reliable regular crew, his crew showed up when scheduled, not afraid to do some of the dirty work himself when needed. Subcontractors were not up to his regular crew standards, except for the electition-he was better than some of the other subs. Overall experience was positive.

It was the best experience I've ever had with a contractor. Kerry was on time, responsible, and a pleasure to have in my home. If I have any other projects, I will call him.

Project: Build an Addition
This is a very well run company. And their work is of a-1 quality. They added an addition to the front of our home and you can not tell that it is an addition. The wrok prefectly matches the original. They rolled with each change I made with out a complaint. And Kerry, the owner, is so easy to work with and always was in a good humor. I knowthere is a myth that you are not supposed to have a great experience with a contractor, but we sure did. Thank you guys.

Project: Renovate or Repair a Home
My experience with KLM was very positive. They were prompt, professional and finished my project ahead of schedule. The foreman on the project was amazing. He kept me in the loop every step of the way and made suggestions throughout the project to either save me money or improve the finished product. I would recommend them in a heart beat.

Project: Build a Custom Arbor, Pergola or Trellis
The contractor/owner (Kerry) kept in touch as the project was being completed and worked with me on my schedule. He also allowed me to save costs by having me paint the project, which I wanted to do for both time and money saving. The staff of KLM builders were professional and cleaned up the project as it progressed and at the finish. When there was a minor revision, both Kerry and his staff accommodated my suggestions. I am very pleased with the project and have showed it to many neighbors....and hope that they will use KLM Builders in the future.
