Project: Repair a Brick or Stone Fireplace (Non-Gas)
Mike came out quickly to give me an estimate to have my concrete fireplace chimney repaired. His price was much better that the 3 other estimates that I received. He worked with me on a time frame and even came out twice to explain to me the quality repair that I was getting. I hired Mike an he came out the next day a told me that the repair would be done in to days. True to his word the work was completed sooner than expected and his work is top quality. The chimney looks brand new . I would strongly recommend using K & M Masonry for any repair or new installation that you need. He works clean & neat and was a pleasure to deal with!

Mike's work was ok, but he really overcharged a great deal; maybe my fault for not negotiating, but I thought he'd give me a fair price based on the time the job would take--something he could know but I couldn't. As it worked out, I wound up paying him more than $100 an hour!!! It isn't brain surgery, after all.
Response by K & M Masonry: Customer, upon estimate accepted the bid, spent the whole day there and also customer asked me to do several other things that were not included in the original estimate and I did not charge for these other items.
