Project: Renovate or Repair a Home

He has a rating og .50 only because the site wouldn't let me do zero. He made a complete mess of everything he touched. He was supposed to fix a sagging floor. It now has a bump in it. My walls are cracked from the floor being raised too high; all the molding is split around doors. When he replaced the front door he attacked the walls with a claw hammer and made the door space too big and left the finishing job a mess. The front security door is so loose and sloppy that I can use a pry bar to open it. He split the door jamb with a claw hammer, again not using a saw to cut, shims are showing and the threshhold is high and I trip over it.

Owen and Brian were timely, professional, and very nice guys. They provided quality work, took the time to educate me on some items, and fixed a couple of quicky items not in the original work order. I will definitely contact them again when needed.

Bryan, called within an hour of filling out an on line request and was at my house within two hours to look over the project and get me a quote. The quoate came back the next day and was very reasonable. Hired them for the job and it was completed in a very timely manner. I recomended them to my neighbor who also has a fence repair jonb that needs to get done.

Project: Repair Blinds or Shades

Ladies & Gents, get your "honey-do" list together & call Owen to tackle it & make all things better. I hired him for several small jobs around the house. Owen is professional, knowledgeable, responsible & reasonable. He works by the hour (rather than by job) so get that list together & watch him go. Even after I paid him, he found a thing or two that needed fixing, so he got his tools out again & corrected the problems. He's a gem!
