Krane was on top of it. Immediate response call back. Installed the next morning (It was a non-emergency). Albeit the 'parts' were expensive; this is something that few companies have any control over. They are at the mercy of the manufacturer. They were very friendly, professional, quick and concise. They know what they are doing. I'm very pleased; Being in the 'trades' myself; I understand how hard it is to get a customer, do a great job, be pleasant, be professional and offer a more than fair price to a customer or client. I recommend them highly.

He did an excellent job and was very professional. The reason we gave it a 3.5 for value for money is that you can buy the part on line for about $125.00 and the total job was $425 and it took about 20 minutes to do. We didn't have time to send for the part so we paid the company. We would call them again.

The guy went out of his way to find the simple solution to my furnace problem, which turned out to be the right one...rather than trying to rip me off with an expensive exchanger or other costly repair. He was knowledgeable, friendly and fast. I was freezing in here. And he fixed it. So I scheduled an air conditioner checkup with him for the spring.

President of the company called within minutes of my request and was at my home first thing the next day. He took his time to explain my options in great detail and we selected the best furnace for my situation. after hearing quotes from other companies, I had Krane install my new furnace the same day. They returned the next day for the final installation of the new ductwork, humidifier and water and drains.

Cost was a bit more than other heating and cooling companies, but they sell Bryant products, which is a highly preferred brand by consumers.. The installers were professional and the job was completed timely. So far, so good. The air conditoning unit was installed 7/5 and this comment is written as of 7/9/2012. My old unit was GE and lasted for 25 years - Michigan summers. My home is approx 2100 sq ft and the cost including labor and programmable thermostat was $3,000 for a 123ANA Bryant model.
