Project: Remodel a Bathroom
From the owner (Yonis) to the finisher of the project, I cannot tell you how impressed I was with this compnay, Yonis is a very honest up front person, he allowed me to ask many, many questions and never made me feel like I was bothering him, he took my vision and transformed it into a beautiful reality. This company is definitely one that I would recommend to anyone who is looking for honesty, excellent workmanship, cleanliness, order and value.

Yonis (owner) and team are the best. Pride in craftsmanship, attention to detail, fantastic customer service, energetic and friendly team, and great value all easily come to mind. K&B’s greatest differentiator was Yonis’ hands-on approach to ensuring that a client’s vision is realized. He was there every step of the way and focused on the singular goal of making sure his clients are happy when the project wraps. Yonis is a genuinely honest and sincere man and I had complete trust in him and his team throughout the entire project.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Yonis (AKA Johnny) was a pleasure to work with. Not only was his bid VERY reasonably priced, he offered custom cabinetry, custom shower pan, and many other features that other contractors did not have available. His follow up and communication were excellent. In the end, we got a bathroom that was beyond our expectations.

I have already recommended K&B remodeling to a neighbor. Even with a surprise problem that arose, K&B remodeling did everything they needed to, in order to make me happy as a customer and do an excellent job.

We are extremely happy with our new bathroom! Yonis and his team exceeded our expectations. He is very responsive to phone calls and questions and was professional throughout the remodeling process. He worked with us to create a beautiful and customized bathroom. We hope to work with him on future projects in our home.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Yonis of K&B Remodeling performed above and beyond expectations. The bathroom is showcase beautiful and the custom cabinets (which he designed) are fantastic. Moreover Yonis assisted with moving out of our old residence and removed wiring that I had no idea how I was going to get it done. When I asked how much I owed him, he responded "never miss an opportunity to do someone a favor." When Yonis is discovered (and he will be) you will be hard pressed to retain his services because he IS SO GOOD. He continues to finish more projects at our home and am so happy to have him around as he has such a positive can-do attitude.

Project: Build an Addition
K and B just finished an addition to my house...a room addition that I am using as a sun room. I am delighted. Yonis Hernandez, the contractor, listened carefully to what I wanted and was always available for contact and consultation. His skilled crew did a wonderful job bringing this project to realization. They were very easy to have around the house and property. Mr. Hernandez was frequently on site, often twice a day. The project was completed on time and I am very happy with the results. I would definitely use this company again for any future projects.

K&B did a fantastic job on my bathroom remodel. Yonis (the owner) was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating to my requests. He took the time to explain the entire process and answer all my questions. He was also responsive to both phone calls and emails--he always got back to me promptly. His crew was professional and tidy. The job was finished as promised and the end result surpassed my expectations. I would definitely recommend him to other users.

They've done my whole house, painting, flooring, deck project, etc. They've done all sort of different projects for me, everything looks great.
