Marthew replaced the rotted posts that had supported the railings to my front porch. His finished product is structuraly and visually better than the original. He left the job site spotless. I am more than pleased with his workmanship and his professionalism and I highly recommend him.

Mr. Karnatz provided an excellent construction experience. His professional manner and workmanship were pleasing. The deck he built is attractive and well-constructed. I would try to employ him again for any construction or repair work I would plan.

Karnatz called twice the day I emailed for help with a project. He was 5 minutes early for an estimate appointment. He used a ladder to really assess the project and got a clear picture of what was needed. He emailed an estimate the beginning of the next week which is exactly what he said he would do. It was a fair estimate, and the only one I received from servicemagic.

This company was great. He contacted me promptly and the job is done beautifully. This is my rental property and while he was there noticed another job that really needed fixing that I wasn't alerted to by my renter. I am scheduled to have that work completed as well.
