KASIdesigns, a full service architectural firm, established in 2000 by Kenneth Casey, who brings more than 20 years of experience providing full service architecture and design services, including original and traditional custom home designs, additions, remodels, kitchen and bath designs and complete designs for interior/exterior renovations. We also provide full service commercial design and construction services. We work with you from conception to completion designing the home of your dreams! Starting with a conceptual design we work with you to create the vision you have for your home or business. Our core values include efficient and effective customer service. In progress - project incomplete, but pleased so far. Kasi Designs is patiently working with me as I remodel a small kitchen. They have prepared a design and assisted me with cabinet and countertop materials and designs. Finding a general contractor has become more difficult than either of us anticipatedl

Project: Hire an Architect to Design a Project
Mr. Casey met me at my home on the same day that I made my inital call to him, assesed what needed to be done to get the stop work order lifted on my home and then prepared and delivered the drawings to the village. The stop work order was lifted the day after he delivered his plans. I am extremely grateful to Mr. Casey for understanding the frustration I was feeling and the need to get the problem addressed quickly so that I could get the work completed at my home.

Project: Hire an Architect to Design a Project
Although Mr. Casey was prompt in coming to meet with my husband and I on Saturday, July 18th at 10am regarding a remodel of our basement, I am not pleased with his follow through on his contractor Albert Melton of Trebla Group, Inc. After meeting with Mr. Casey we set-up a meeting a week later per his suggestion to meet with Mr. Melton to review the construction of the basement. We met with Mr. Melton a week later on a Fri. & was told we would receive a write-up w/ pricing etc. by the following Tues. It's been 2 weeks & we have not heard back from Mr. Casey or Mr. Melton which we feel is very unprofessional.
