I hired them because of positive reviews in HomeAdvisor. I needed to have our whole yard cleaned up as we were getting ready to see our home. We went over the things I needed to have done right away and things to do for ongoing maintenance. They trimmed trees, bushes, overseeded, spread bark dust and trimmed edges - 2 people in one day. All my expectations were met and the quality was first rate. When we move, I expect to have them as my regular yard maintenance crew.

Keeping Up With The Jones has been my yard care service for a good ten years. I use them for my residence and I have used them for some rental properties. Always professional, great work, reliable, and very affordable. Highly recommended!

I hired this company to clean up the yard (which they did a great job) and to maintain the property throughout the season. I had to tell them 3 times about some weeds they consistently missed (claimed it was ground cover) until Bill took care of it. They did not take care of the backyard for 6 weeks, claiming the dogs were back there (not true). Then on Thanksgiving morning, when I was raking leaves they had blown to the back of the yard, I phoned and told them not to come back.
Response by Keeping Up With The Jones Homes Properties, LLC: This customer refused to sign an agreement, on the initial visit, one of her dangerous large dogs bit one of my workers and drew blood. She watched this happen, she knows they are dangerous. My workers could not go into her backyard because they never knew when her dangerous large dogs had access to the back. The natural ground cover that she thought were weeds, she made me remove it, I did at no charge along with other services at no charge. The leaves in the back were never included in the lawn maint and she never gave us the opportunity to give her a bid on her major leaf removal! Maybe she thought she could get this done for free too.
