The team showed up on time and then took 6 hours to move 1 bedroom and a partial DR, partial LR and boxes. I feel they deliberately worked the clock. Since no one came out to check the from and to locations, we were unable to move everything. They also failed to bring straps to assist lifting heavy pieces. Nice guys, poor planning and management.

The whole experience from my making the initial phone call for an estimate till the final item moving into place was absolutely hassle free. Adam was extremely helpful with the estimate and then the eventual reservation; he explained all available options allowing me to select the best package. On the day of the move, I received a call from the movers giving me an arrival time; they were prompt. I had opted for "full service" meaning the movers were to do all the packing, unpacking, loading and unloading; they did so efficiently and professionally. The move was hassle free. Highly recommended.

The moving experience itself to start was okay. Damian called 30 minutes prior to showing up to let me know they were enroute to my apartment. Once the team arrived only 2 of the three guys I was promised showed up. After they started packing and loading my stuff they began complaining about how they were tired and that they had another job later. Fast forward to them unloading my stuff at my new house, I was asked where I wanted everything at which point I told them. After they left I discovered boxes were not where they should've been. The furniture was not where I asked them to put it and they scratched my wood floors. When it came time to pay Damien told me they only accept cash when they say before I received a phone call confirming my move and Gabriel told me I could pay cash, check or credit card. At the time when the move was complete I did not have cash on me so I had to drive to the bank and get the money to pay the guys.

They broke the glass in the door of my China cabinet and then hid it from me. They put a sheet over it and put it up against my couch with pillows up against it. I moved in with my son who was remodeling the basement into an apartment for me after I sold my own home, so things were just brought down and stacked, many things were not put where I asked them to put them. They also broke the foot off my filing cabinet, and destroyed the bottom of another antique cabinet by dragging it across the floor. They left pieces of China cabinet glass strewn across the front yard and throughout the basement where anyone could get hurt on them. I have grandchildren who play in the front yard. My son and I had to go out there with a fine tooth comb and clean it all up. When I called to complain, they were very curt until they saw my initial review. The representative assured me that everything would be taken care of, and asked me to please change my rating and promised to call me the following week to finalize the damages once I had finished unpacking. I changed my rating and never heard from her--Sarah-- again. That'll teach me. Now they've changed the name of their company I see. Wonder why.

The guys did a great job. They were very nice to work with; were quick to get in there and assess the job and get out.

I would never recommend them to anyone. They showed up with people they dragged off the street to move my personal items. They broke and damage several items. They did not meet any of the time lines and ended up costing me almost double the price of the quote.
