Kelly knew very well what he was doing. If plan A didn't work then he had a plan B. He was quick and concise and he saved our holiday! Will definitely hire again if any of my appliances are in need of repair!!

We were highly impressed with NC Appliance Repair. Their service man was hard-working, courteous and knowledgable. The microwave was "terminal," unfortunately. We were not charged for the part they ordered. He came out and worked on it twice, but only charged us for one service call. We have purchased another microwave at a store and we are arranging for NC Appliance Repair to do the installation. We trust them.
