KEN PATTERSON DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON MY MOTHER'S LEAKING ROOF WHICH DAMAGED INSIDE CEILING. IT HAS LEAKED FOR 2 YEARS WITH UNSUCCESSFUL REPAIRS BY 3 OTHER CONTRACTERS. IT HAS NOT LEAKED THROUGH 4 HEAVY RAINS NOW. EXCELLENT JOB AND 100% SATISFIED!

Felt like i was very over charged for the work Mr. Patterson did for me that took less than 5 min to complete but just chalk it up as lesson learned..

Response by Ken Patterson Construction Solutions: I had to use a 32 foot ladder to reach 1 section of siding and had to find siding tomatch the siding told the customer the price up front the customer asked me to drop the price I did then they write a terrible note like this If the 200,00 was too much I,m sorry call me, Ken

I have always had difficulty finding professionals to help with smaller jobs like this one. Mr. Patterson responded quickly, was very professional, and completed my repair. The charges for the repair were fair and honest. In looking at my house, he brought to my attention some other issues that need attention, which I appreciate very much. I am thankful for his expertise and advice. I would recommend Ken Patterson's construction company and will use his company again in the future.
