Courteous, knowledgeable, but entirely too expensive even by plumbing standards. Would like to use them again, but it is too costly.

The technicians were wonderful. Unfortunately I learned after the fact that I paid way too much for my hot water tank. Their customer service has been great before and after the sale but I am very disappointed in the value for the money.

I know that some of our pricing may seem higher than others, but we do not have hidden charges. Example, on water heater installs, some "cheaper"deals may look good on the surface, but when they get to the job, there is an extra charge to haul away the old tank, to add a new valve, any gas line changes etc. Ours in all inclusive, no surprises. Give me a call and we'll review to make sure an "apples to apples" comparison shows the value you deserve. Thanks for the opportunity.

thorough, explained everything, thought out the process and figured out exactly what was wrong, took his time to determine the problem and fixed it on the spot. Very nice, professional, personal. Thank you. My only wish is that the service call, should you decided to use the company, the money should go towards the final repair cost instead of in addition to the labor and cost of the part. Costly repair for a $40 job. Rest assured that I was very satisified and will call again if we ever are in need. Thank you! Sincerely, The Yurocko's

Project: Clear a Clogged or Slow Drain

$560.00 for a garbage disposal seems a bit high since the disposal was less than $200.00.I would like to give them no stars but was afraid my review would not be included here.
