Of three groups they were the only ones to take the time to explore options with me and to explain what the issues were and why they were caused. Their price to replace equipment was very competitive and they had me up and running within 3 days with a new heater and pump. They took the time to show me how the controls should work and identified the fact that the pool service person had been using incorrect salt and cholrine levels. At the end of the day, not only did they do the repairs, they have now become my regular pool service and I could not be happier with their service and approach to working wit their clients.

Kent was very professional and he took care of my pool needs in a very timely fashion. I now have an energy efficient pool that is clean and running beautifuly. I received service that was better than what I expected. It was a pleasure doing business with Kent. He returned calls very timely and lived up to his word. Kent responded quickly to our request for estimate on pool replastering and equipment replacement. After inspecting the pool he suggested that it might respond well to an acid wash and suggested that we try that prior to commiting to replastering and retiling. We are glad that we took his advice. Our 30 year old pool looks dramatically different, has newly upgraded equipment and was entirely worth the effort. He was competitive with his cost estimate, timely in his work and stayed with the job until it was finished.
