Project: Repair Damage from Dry-rot, Water or Pests
They did a great job cleaning out my mom's crawlspace from a flood, sprayed with an antibacterial chemical, then reinstalled the insulation and HVAC ducts that had gotten wet. Great job, especially dealing with my 75-y,o. mother (who learned that juggling this big of a project takes a lot of energy:). Would hire them again in a heartbeat!!

Project: Paint or Stain Single Items
THE GUYS WERE FRIENDLY, THEY HELPED FIX A COUPLE OF MY PRPBLEMS FREE, THEY DID A GREAT JOB , AND LET ME KNOW OTHER REPAIRS THAT I NEEDED.THE END RESULTS WERE GREAT AND THE PRICE WAS INEXPENSE.

Project: Hire a Handyman
I contacted Michael for work related to a buyer's inspection on our house. He was in touch with me about 5 minutes after I hung up with Service Magic, and he had all of the work completed within one week's time (and this was over the Thanksgiving holiday!). His quote was thousands of dollars less than others had quoted. When the inspector responded with additional requests, Michael went back out free of charge to meet the inspector's demands (some of which didn't make sense to either of us). I found him to be prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. Since I'm out of state, those are all important qualities to me. Highly recommended!
