Project: Repair a Concrete Foundation
Keystone has not started the actual work on my project but returned my call immediately, have been out with a structural engineer, have made appointment to bring electrician out and hvac has been here, all of these are necessary components they have to deal with before anything else can be started. I will submit another evaluation when job is completed.

Project: Waterproof a Basement or Foundation
Crew did a great job in installing drainage and sump pump system. My problem was that this was a finished basement and required additional construction of a closet to conceal exposed parts of the solution. The sales person implied that the crew would be able to do this (excepting painting) as part of the solution sold. In fact, the crew was not willing to perform this work since the level of finish was more than they felt comfortable performing and I had to have the closet done by another contractor at significant additional expense on top of an already expensive solution. Sorting this out also required rescheduling the job.
Response by Keystone Basement Systems & Structural Repair, Inc.: Claus, thank you for the feedback. As you may recall from talking to me at your home, we will always be honest with you...even if that means turning down work. In the end, with how beautiful your office room was, we didn't feel comfortable performing carpentry work that was over our head. It is true that this warranted rescheduling the job, but that was the only way to do things right. How you handle challenges as a person, or a company, is what defines you as "good" or "bad." In the end it would have been unprofessional to "try" to perform services that we are not qualified to perform. In the end, we had to be honest about that.

Project: Install or Replace Foundation Drains
Overall, not pleased with the company. Initial meeting and explanation of system and company went well. Scheduled a beginning date of work. Asked to handle all details before work started, since I would not be present and didnt want family to have to deal with anything during this project. Talked to company night before to tie up any loose ends. Long story short, execution of work was terrible. Most companies I have worked with in past make sure to clean work area before leaving. In this case, baseboards were dirty/covered in concrete, carpet was frayed at ends, and padding was ripped in some spots. Overall, not a positive experience.
Response by Keystone Basement Systems & Structural Repair, Inc.: As the owner of Keystone I wold like to address this matter personally. We are not perfect. Even though the nature of our work is intrusive and dirty, we try to do the best we can to clean up and haul away work related debris. In this case some areas where we worked were disrupted. In light of this we sent our a qualified contractor to fix all aspects at our cost. When we were done the area was returned to normal and it looked very good. We made multiple trips to the clients home and maintained good communication. How you handle your problems is what defines you as a good or bad company. We made the situation right in this case.

Project: Install or Replace Foundation Drains
Very helpful and professional - gave me what I needed, not what the contractor wanted. Very detailed oriented. Salesman Kyle and work crew Tony, Tammy & Rob were very easy and accomodating to my needs and schedule. Fast and thorough, with quick clean up.
Response by Keystone Basement Systems & Structural Repair, Inc.: Christopher, it was a pleasure to work for you. Thank you for the kind words.

Project: Waterproof a Basement or Foundation
Keystone did a great job with my basement project. Aaron was very knowledgeable and polite when he met with us. My only complaint would be that it took a little too long to get an inspection but that was understandable as I'm sure they are busy. My project was pretty small compared to most I only needed an internal french drain installed in one corner of my basement. Every other company I got estimates from wanted to sell me there patented projects instead of just fix the problem. The actual work was done in one day with only two guys they were very quick and they did a quality job.
Response by Keystone Basement Systems & Structural Repair, Inc.: Steven, Thank you for your business. Even though your project may be considered small in comparison to others we perform, we still maintain the same level of due diligence. It was a pleasure to have worked for you. Best of luck. Aaron Stull

Project: Waterproof a Basement or Foundation
Friendly, knowledgeable, professional and best of all gave us a report that we didn't need any work done at this time, which was very good news to us. We would call him again if anything came up.
Response by Keystone Basement Systems & Structural Repair, Inc.: Your review is one that I am very proud of because you did not have a problem that needed fixed. Some companies would have tried to "push" some type of product or service on to you but I make it a point to always give my clients the truth. I have found that this approach, even if we do not do work for you, shows others we are honest and in turn allows our firm to continue its robust growth. Thank you for your time.

Mr. Stull was very professional from the first contact with him through completion. He did a great job communicating with me regarding setting up an appointment, assessing the problem, describing the solution, answering my questions and working with me through the process. His experience is very evident and I would not hesitate to recommend his company to others.
Response by Keystone Basement Systems & Structural Repair, Inc.: David, thank you for your kind words. Knowledge and continuing education are something our firm takes seriously. We do this so that when you deal with out company you are getting a truly knowledgeable voice.

Project: Eliminate Toxic Materials or Mold
They were very professional. They recommended that we have mold removed as well as an internal french drain installed. When we financially could only do the mold removal they did not question us or hesitate to help. We are moving in to a new house and if anything comes up there we will definitely use Keystone Basement Systems!
Response by Keystone Basement Systems & Structural Repair, Inc.: Stephanie, It is my pleasure to have helped. Problems such as your can be a challenge, so we take much care in walking you through the process.
