I used Killian's for an emergency drain blockage that was flooding my basement bathroom with sewage. He was a little late making it to my house but he called and gave me a heads up so I'm fine with that. He worked past 5:00PM on a Friday night to finish the job. The job was professional and reasonably priced. I would use them again and would recommend them to others.

Ryan provides excellent customer service!! He came over and helped me trouble shoot a strange smell. He was unsure of the cause but spent time tying to figure it out. He tried one idea and told me if it didn't solve the problem he would not charge me. He followed up with me the next day, when the problem was not resolved he told me he would ask around and see if anyone else had any ideas. He called back later in the day with a couple other suggestions. Ryan was more than helpful and did not charge me for his time or the work he did do!!! I will definitely use him again for any plumbing issues!! Excellent customer service ! Thank you!

Bryon was able to come out same day, within a couple hours of placing the request. Had a clogged drain in the laundry room that we couldn't clean out ourselves. Job was an easy fix and he was in and out in about 30 minutes. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Couldn't beat the price! Will hire again.
