Friendly, communicated well concerning what was to be cleaned and what time and date. Fantastic job, I had to get Kim in an emergency. Was able to schedule in 2 days, cleaned house to sell. Great job ! Thanks.

damaged property

Response by Kim's Cleaning Service: I am surprised to get this rating almost 6 months after the project has been completed & the damaged property she is referring to was a older shower door that had already had a huge crack in it prior to me being there. All i did was nudge it & increased the crack & the matter was resolved long ago through the insurance company. And upon us leaving she stated how nice the house looked & that she would be possible calling us again for future work. AND< she thanked me for my honesty.

This "assignment" was 1400+ square feet Spring Cleaning! I took the chance/great choice with luck, as I did not know Kim in anyway prior! I have pets, do smoke lightly, and am limited physically...I put Kim & helper to good test. Finicky client!
