Great service, but would have appreciated a confirmation that service was starting...instead of letting my dogs walk all over the backyard the day of treatment before noticing the flag in the front yard. Also wasn't given any after treatment instructions. Watering instructions...? Was it okay to mow the next day...? What date should I expect the next treatment...?

Response by King Green Of Charlotte, Inc.: We are glad you like the service! We are able to call clients the day before treatment to alert them, but this service had not been requested. Not to worry, the dogs will not be effected in any way. We always leave a newsletter and other information with each service that covers general information on things like mowing and watering. Specific notes are left when necessary and our clients are always encouraged to call when they have questions like this. We have trained professions available by phone most days from 6 AM to 9 PM to answer these questions and our website contains tons of information that is accessible 24/7!

Very reasonable pricing and after one treatment our lawn looks great! My husband had been taking care of the lawn for years but this service is less expensive than doing it ourslves and of course, less work. We are very satisfied customers and have recommended them to our neighbors.

Timely and always does a wonderful job. Been using King Green for all my lawn needs, for approximately 3-4 yearsnow, and will continue to do so. I do recommend them every chance I get.
