After having other companies either give outrageous estimates, no-shows or stating they would give an estimate and never actually sending one; we went with Kingstruction who showed up for the estimate on time and returned a price quickly. They are a no-nonsense, professional group I would not hesitate to use again. We used them for a deck demo and construction. Once they got under the existing deck they found that the supports were built by the previous owners with re-purposed pine and had to be removed with shovels and trash bags it was so rotten. Once they were complete with the construction we ended up with a deck that was perfect.

Repaired old fence and installed new gate and fence. On time, communicated very well, quality workmanship, fair price. I'd recommend Kingstruction.

they were very nice and not only gave me a fair price,they made an extra effort to do exactly what i wanted. It was not a big project but was tricky due to tree roots,as well as a cemented area they had to dig through. They did the job in 2 days,which is what I had hoped for. I am glad I waited,it really paid off, Excellent job! I am completly pleased with the results.

Chris & his brother Mike were courteous & professional throughout the process of installing my fence. I couldn't believe how quickly they got me scheduled & completed the job. They were very respectful of the neighbors flower garden. I recommend them Highly.

Permit process was handled very well, inspection process went smoothly. Contractor gave timely updates. Quality of the work was great. Clean-up was done work was going on. Price was great. Contractor was on site and did not sub out work.

This is the way it's supposed to be: we heard from Chris King promptly, he showed up on time every time, his bid was fair, he and folks he works with were a pleasure to have around, changes were handled with grace and the finished fence is superb. The whole experience was wonderful. Highest recommendation!

Project: Install a Wood Fence
I just want to tell you how happy I am with my new fence. It looks fabulous and it’s the talk of the neighborhood. I appreciated the professional way Chrisconducted business with me from the very first contact all the way through the final check being written. He took care of all the details and problems we ran into including when the neighbors didn’t keep their dogs in. That could have put us back a day but he still made the schedule which I really was glad about because of my dog. Going with me to discuss the logistics of the new fence with my difficult neighbor was beyond the call of duty for a fence contractor. Great Job
